Hello, Survivors!

We would like to inform several issues were found after our v1.6 update.

Please read on for more details.

『 10/25 Known Issues 』

【Fixed】

① Entrance restriction reset time issue with the Advance Unit in the Total War. 
- The Advance Unit's entrance restriction reset time is displayed as 00:00:00.
   *The leftover time must be correctly displayed starting from the 14th, which is the reset date.

*This issue has been fixed on 10/25 02:30 (PDT)

【Issues】

① Server Error Pop-up (10/25 07:40 Temporary Measure Taken)
- Issue: When entering contents, an error, "Communication error with server. Reconnecting to server. (11)", is displayed.
- Cause: The data overload from calling certain data for Total War is causing the issue.
- Immediate Measure: As a temporary measure, only the ranking for Advance Units is displayed on the Challenger Board(Rankings for each Yard are no longer displayed)
- Future Measure: A maintenance or an update of a new version is planned to officially resolve the issues.

② Red dot issue in the Survival Record

- Issue: A Red dot is displayed even though there isn't newly added content.

③ Mail Issue with Trail of War Pass

- Issue: A server error message is displayed when clicking on the notice mail addressing your withdrawal from the community after purchasing the Trail of War Pass.
