Greetings Survivors!

We are here with the developer's response to suggestions made on ✅vote-suggestions channel between 11/28 ~ 12/11 PST.
We tried our best to address all feedbacks & concerns addressed by our community.

📃 [Reward Related Suggestions] 📃

◼️ Lack of Skill Manuals for what is needed at certain levels.

We will be adding more content with upcoming updates, which would naturally increase the amount of rewards players can obtain. We will continue to improve availability of resources.

◼️ Reset "Mysterious Survivor" event to farm resources.

We are glad to hear that players are enjoying rewards from Mysterious Survivor. However, if we were to reset the content daily for repeated rewards, we would have to balance out the amount of reward players can obtain each day. 

◼️ Underground Bunker rewards were not communicated well. Make rewards evenly distributed.

We wish we could've been clearer about how the Underground Bunker reward works. We apologize for the confusion. We tried our best to explain the process in "Help" section, and we would appreciate it if players could read it through. We are aware of the feedback regarding the distribution method, and we will look into possible improvements.

◼️ VIP rewards should be more rewarding.

We will be reworking VIP system in 1.8 Update. To show our appreciation towards the players, players that already claimed the VIP reward will be able to claim the new reward.

◼️ Quick Search/Auto Search should give gear depending on the Current World-Stage.

Better gears become available as players progress through stages. The drop rate of T1 & T2 also increases according to stage progression. We understand players would like to see better rewards, and we believe "Facility Management" in 1.9 Update can potentially address this suggestion.

◼️ Extra Login Rewards for those that completed the 7/14 Day Login Event.

The reason we run 7 days/14 days login event longer than necessary dates to claim all rewards is to give new players that join in the middle of the event chance to claim all login rewards. We will consider implementing additional login rewards after claiming all the main rewards.

📃 [Content Related Suggestions]📃

◼️ Reset Joint Dispatch.

While we don't have an immediate plan to implement "Reset" function on Joint Dispatch, please note that more Joint Dispatch becomes available with higher VIP level.
 

◼️ Increase the rates of getting survivors of your choosing on Head Hun, since it is expensive and the low rate of getting what you want will dissuade others from using this feature. 

We believe the rate for Headhunt is appropriate since players can designate specific Overseer / Warlord characters. Also, the actual rate is higher than 2% since a successful headhunt is guaranteed(guaranteed recruit) every 70 Headhunts.

📃 [Skin Related Suggestions] 📃

◼️ New Skin for Lake?

While we don't have an immediate plan to release a skin for Lake, rumor has it that Kate will be next!

📃 [Quality of Life] 📃

◼️ Add a button that removes all gear from all your survivors. This would be a time saver when trying different teams.
