We'd like to bring your attention to an issue that we have discovered.

Issue Details
- An issue where ranking rewards for the <Siege Warfare> are not being distributed correctly via mail.
Notes
- We are currently investigating this issue.
- Please note that temporary access restrictions to the account may be applied as part of issue resolution.
- The restriction will be lifted immediately after the issue is resolved, and we kindly ask for your understanding.
ㄴ The issue has been resolved, and the account access restriction has been lifted.
- As of 12/31 (Tue) 11:00 UTC, the issue has been resolved, and 1 million Siege Points have been distributed to all survivors who participated at least once and successfully occupied during the Siege Warfare.
ㄴ For survivors who earned more than 1 million Siege Points before the issue was resolved, the excess points have been deducted. Any shortage in Siege Points has been adjusted by converting the difference into Gold Bars and deducting them accordingly.
- Additional rewards will be distributed sequentially at a later date.
- On Tuesday, December 31, an issue occurred with the Siege Warfare ranking rewards, and 1,000,000 Siege Points were distributed to all Survivors in the rankings.
ㄴ During this process, an additional issue was identified where some Survivors were unable to claim their existing Siege Warfare ranking rewards via mail. These rewards will be provided separately.
ㄴ Please note that some Survivors' Siege Points and Gold Bars may be adjusted during this process.
- Adaptation Record (Basic) reward was sent to your mailbox on 01/02 (Thu) 06:45 UTC.
- Normal Recruit Ticket, Alignment Recruit Ticket, and Headhunt Ticket reward have been sent to your mailbox at 1/3 (Fri) 04:50 UTC.
