Here is the patch note for the 1.21 Update!

V.1.21 Update Details
[New Survivor]
: Fynn, a brand-new Bystander character, has joined The Walking Dead: All-Stars.
: Fynn can be added to your Survivor Wish List.
: Once acquired, he can be set as your profile icon.
: You can meet Fynn in Hidden Survivor, Unexpected Help, and other parts of the game.
: Fynn has been added to the Growth Pack and he can be selected from a character slot for a Perk item.
[Expanded World Stage]
: Chapter 49 has been added to the World Map.
: Chapter 49 has been included in the Library, accordingly.
[New Content]
1. New Survival Skills
: Survival Skills have been added to Neutral/Overseer characters.
2. Revamped Trading Post
1) New Feature: Buy Now
: Use the new Buy Now feature to add items to your cart and purchase them all at once. Access this feature in the [Trading Post] > [Normal] tab.
The Buy Now feature will be unlocked after clearing Stage 30-60
2) New Items
: More items have been added to the [Trading Post] > [Normal] and [Supply Run] tabs.
The availability of items for purchase varies based on your progress.
3. New Survival Record
: Vol. 11 [Proof] has been added to Survival Record > Challenge Mode..
: As a Challenge Mode reward, you can obtain Metal Powder, Special Gear for the Tank class.
[Improvements]
: New areas added to Last Man Standing.
Zone 14 is now accessible for Servers 53 to 56.
: Several events now have festive themes to celebrate the new year.
[Event]
: [New] Survival Record—Differences of Opinion—has been added, which is available only during the event.
: To celebrate the new survivor update, the Mysterious Survivor Fynn event has been added.
: Vol. 11 [Proof] has been added to Survival Record > Challenge Mode..
: The <1.21 Update Collection> has been updated, including the new events.
: Chapter Preview allows you to get a glimpse of the newly added chapter 49.
: Rewards for the 7-Day Login Event and the 14-Day Growth Support Event have been updated.
: For Version 1.21, we've revamped the rewards for the Town Management Event.
: The Warehouse Clearance Event Rewards have been revamped, where you flip matching pairs of cards.
You can exchange the Candles you've earned during the event for Adaptation Records (Basic)/(Expert), Warlord Andrew, Overseer Ezekiel & Shiva, etc.
When moving on to the next stage, you'll automatically receive rewards from leftover matching pairs of FREE cards.
[Perks]
: Celebrate 2024 with the New Year’s Pack and Daily Pack (New Year’s).
: New Camp Defense Packs have been added.
: Limited Special deals have been added.
[Character Updates]
(1) Beta
: Beta's Tenacity (Lv. 2 and Lv. 3) now displays only one immunity icon when she enters groggy status, as intended.
(2) Han
: While stance is active for the Deflect skill (Lv. 3), it returns 90% of damage received as intended, instead of 100%.
(3) Sherry
: Sherry’s Benefit (Lv. 2) now applies a fear effect for the intended 5 seconds, instead of 4 seconds.
(4) Chloe
: Chloe’s Benefit (Lv. 2) correctly displays stun effects when an enemy is stunned by her Ultimate.
(5) Michonne
: Michonne’s Exclusive Benefit [+3] has received a description update.
: Her Exclusive Benefit [+9] will now only trigger when its conditions are met.
(6) Sebastian
: The cooldown for Sebastian’s Exclusive Benefit [+3], Quick Counterattack, now starts correctly without any issues.
(7) Emily
: Emily’s Exclusive Benefit [+3] now correctly displays stun effects on enemies.
(8) Ezekiel & Shiva
: Benefit effects will now trigger for both Ezekiel and Shiva as intended.
(9) Malcolm
: When facing an enemy Malcolm, Malcolm's Personal Gear Effects will now correctly damage a random enemy other than the target, as intended, instead of accidentally targeting random comrades, including himself.
(10) Axel
: Shields cast using Cover Comrade and Axel’s other skills now block the intended amount of damage.
(11) Other
: If a summoned comrade downs an enemy, the character who summoned the comrade will now obtain Energy.
[Game System Updates]
: The Trading Post for the event, The Journey Back, now resets as intended when the event ends.
: Modes such as Center of the Frontier and Underground Bunker now correctly display multiple teams.
: Survival EXP rewards for defeating the boss of Supply Run (Expert) 3F now appear correctly on the Reward List pop-up screen.
: The issue has been fixed where Limited Special offers would mistakenly appear as 'Purchased' when re-offered after an initial purchase.
: Obtaining a character for the first time from the Bonded Warehouse’s final reward will now correctly unlock the character in your Collection.
: Attempting to obtain bonus Frontier Loot by watching a Video will no longer display an error pop-up window, even when the Center of the Frontier is unlocked and you haven't entered the content.
: A red dot will no longer appear on the Donate and Community buttons if the Community Donation feature is locked.
: Predator characters have received a partial background image update.
: We've improved readability by increasing letter spacing for icon names spanning more than two lines.
: The icon of the final boss in Challenge Mode [Proof] now correctly displays “Invincible Enemy” as intended.
: We've updated the drop rates for Unknown Coins in the early World stages, taking into account your Chapter and VIP Level progress.
