Here is the patch note for the September 11 Update!

September 11 Update Details
[2nd Anniversary Events]
1. Memory Archive
: Clear Stage 2-1 to unlock the 2nd Anniversary event tab.
: Earn rewards by completing daily quests.
: You can earn Gold Bars, Lottery Tickets, 2nd Anniversary Frames, Fine Weapon Parts, 2nd Anniversary Gold Coins, and more as quest rewards.
2. Lucky Lottery
: Clear Stage 2-1 to unlock the 2nd Anniversary event tab.
: Use Lottery Tickets for a chance to win up to 1,000 times your rewards, including an Overseer/Warlord character!
- Major rewards include 1 Overseer/Warlord character, Mode Booster Reports, Adaptation Records (Basic/Expert), P. Gear Material Boxes (Choice), Fine Weapon Parts, etc.
3. 14-Day Support 2 (2nd Anniversary)
: 14-Day Support 2 (2nd Anniversary), where you can receive amazing rewards every day, has been added.
- Loot Containers (XL) and 2nd Anniversary Gold Coins can be obtained as rewards.
[New Survivor]
: Boyd, a brand-new Overseer character, has joined The Walking Dead: All-Stars.
: Once acquired, he can be set as your profile icon.
: You can meet Boyd in Hidden Survivor, Unexpected Help, and other parts of the game.
: Boyd has been added to the Growth Pack and he can be selected from a character slot for a Perk item.
: Trial for Boyd is now available.
[New/Updated Content]
1. [Data] Survival Record
: [New] Survival Record—Responsibility—has been added, which is available only during the event
[Events]
: Basement Search, the event version of Supply Run with a single floor, has been added.
