Loss of combat power after upgrading units
Upgraded my Ezekial from mythic 3* to 5*, power increased temporarily and dropped back down. Second time it has happened, first time was from 1* → 3* but did not notice till it happened. Contacted com2us support but they kept repeating the same email back as if it's a bot.
I have a video for proof of the upgrading process as well but unable to upload. Attached are the pictures of before and after.
