Personal Gear Material Boxes?
How on earth are we supposed to convert and use these items? It says they're usable once gear gets to lvl 21-30 but it isn't remotely clear what “level” gear stands at.
Not for the first time, I and others are finding the rules and in-game clarification frustrating and baffling.
