Loot Truck boss 

He instant kills the highest damage character 3 times. However, Michonne can override this mechanic.

If you have Michonne: 

Give Michonne the best gear you have with +atk special gear and put her into the front row. Fill the other spots with buffers. (Best matchup is Kate, Sophia, Glenn and Ezekiel). If you don't have Ezekiel replace him with other buffers (Eugene, Chole, Henry, etc.)

Back row: Kate > Glenn > Ezekiel

Front row: Sophia > Michonne

If Sophia runs to Kate. Give Kate lesser gear and try again. If anyone but Michonne is killed first. Give that character lesser gear and try again.

If you don't have Michonne: 

Put in your 3 best damage dealers with Glenn and Sophia in this position:

Back row: 3rd best damage dealer > Glenn > Sophia

Front row: 2nd best damage dealer > best damage dealer

Chaser boss 

He continuously summon walkers.  Use AOE (area) damage and Chemist is AOE King.

Use Chemist: 

Give Chemist the best gear you have with +atk special gear and put him into the front row. Fill the other spots with buffers. (Best matchup is Sebastian, Sophia, Glenn and Ezekiel). If you don't have Ezekiel replace him with other buffers preferably Henry (If not, other characters such at Eugene, Chole and Kate)

Back row: Sophia > Glenn > Ezekiel

Front row: Chemist > Sebastian

Note: If you have Ezekiel. Sebastian and Henry are interchangeable so you may want to try both teams and test for best results.

Chemist boss 

CHEMIST BOSS SEEMS BUGGED ATM.  DON'T LOOK AT TOP RANKS. IT IS PROBABLY AN EXPLOIT AND YOU WILL NOT LIKELY BE ABLE TO COPY THEIR TEAMS

He uses AOE (area) gas  which deals damage, prevents heal and CC to the whole team. Negan's ultimate preventing and Ezekiel's CC cleansing seems to be the best combo to survive the gas.

Negan & Ezekiel combo: 

If you have Negan and Ezekiel your team can be flexible. Ideally Glenn is in the mix. Other preferred characters are Kate, Abraham, Sherry and Sophia.

If you don't have Negan & Ezekiel: 

Sophia and Shane seems to do the trick. Make sure Sophia follows Shane for double the shield. Mix in buffers and damage dealers as needed. Preferably Glenn. Either of Negan & Ezekiel should help in the mix as well.

Disguised Camp boss 

This boss focuses their damage on the front 3 Characters. They also have a DoT (damage over time) attack to all characters which can be cleansed by Ezekiel. Abraham can do both tanking and deals high damage in this fight. 

Use Abraham: 

Give Abraham the best gear you have with +atk special gear and put him into the front row. Kate and Glenn are also highly recommended to support Abraham. The final 2 spots are recommended between Sophia, Michonne and Ezekiel. You can test different combinations for best result.

Back row: Kate > Glenn > Ezekiel/Sophia/Michonne

Front row: Abraham > Michonne/Sophia

Note: Team requirement for this boss is not as strict as the other 3 bosses. You can try any tank/dps/buffer combos you want. You will eventually wipe if you don't have crazy good character tier/gear in comparison to your character level.
