Advice for clearing survival records (eg part 2)
- - Always clear the lower level monsters first as they give you blue tier bonuses which helps against harder enemies. Sometimes a higher level blue tier enemy is easier than a lower level purple/ gold tier enemy. Likewise purple first then gold tier. Blue > Purple > Gold
- - Leverage great mercenaries from your friends list. Make friends with very strong players and quickly request for their characters as mercenaries when the week resets. Login in the moment it resets and quickly request. Sometimes these mercenaries are just what you need to clear the entire survival record.
- - Consider a healer to sustain your team throughout the record. Me I have Mythical Denise as my mercenary, helping me heal after every match. This is my key winning strategy.
- - Plan and use resources strategically. Throughout the record, you would have collected many training manuals, canned food, exp etc. If using them would tier up your team and make it stronger, you could consider doing so to make content easier. Me I accumulated enough training manuals midway to level my abe to 220. That 80k power increase did help in cheesing this mode.
