I have noticed that even the Ally's faction hit hard, their mobility seems limited. During this time, should you add Neutral heroes into the mix, you will see significant improvements in your group's progress as the Neutral heroes possess high Eva and a lot of ranged characters that boost damage; Also, some Neutral characters boast high damage outputs. 

Overall, the Ally faction provides superb tanks for the Neutral factions and in turn, the Neutral faction buffs damage, while yielding a high DPS.
