I'll be honest, most of the benefits will require more testing in order to really nail down what works the best, however, I will say this based on initial observation.
Abe is a must, at least lvl 3 with 100% chance of ignoring defense.
Kate providing better shields is always great.
Andrea and Sophia adding great CC to their kit makes them a great combo to have.
Denise with her lvl 9 charming the first target would be a game changer.
Shane reflecting damage might make him more viable again.
Magna and Glenn become even better buff machines.
I believe many will have their situational importance but honestly, I think you build prio based on your current team and needs respectively.
