Why Neutral/Ally
To put it simple, a handful of S rank characters are in Green and Blue.
Personally for me, Kate is the best if you are willing to have bit more faith in her. She's my first priority when it comes to upgrades.
Sophia in Blue is my next go to because I pair her up with Kate.
With this, I am at world stage 27-30. I know it's not the highest but I've seen a lot of other players below my stage level and they don't have Kate like I do.
