1. At first thought, I would still recommend characters to be prioritized based on the regular tier list, (i.e. Glenn, Sophia, Abe, Kate, Andrea, R, Magna) since they are the most used toons. However some of the Benefit Effects they’ll gain based on [+3]/[+9] are quite underwhelming as compared to other toons, but they’ll still gain additional stats that will help them become bulkier. So for this Ally/Neutral priority list, i’d like to recommended toons also with exceptional additional skills based on their [+3]/[+9] Benefit Effect, while still following the tier list for efficient investment.

3. 1. Ally Benefit Priority

1. 1. Sophia - her +3 Benefit Effect gives the toon she follows a 120% of her attack increase while doing their basic attack and adds a stun to that attack for 1 second. The +3 refreshes this every 2 seconds. However, her +9 refreshes the skill ever 0.5 seconds, which is quite massive, ensuring that that character she follows almost always has an increased basic attack and stun, for instance if this toon she follows was let’s say Abe, he would technically stun the 3 characters he pulls quite often, assuming also that Abe is wearing Asyl’s boots and he’s going all crazy in speed. That’s why this benefit is quite massive if Sophia is able to follow the right toon in a formation.

2. Andrea - her [+3] Benefit Effect guarantees an RIP bullet with the AP Round effect.. technically doing both skills? For her first attack and increases the damage the enemy takes by 15%. If this is the case, then it’s like hitting two birds (or bullets) in one stone which is quite great. For [+9] the Effect happens every time she downs an enemy, which is not always the case but hey if she’s a 5 star mytical and the strongest in the formation she can probably do it.

2. Neutral Benefit Priority

1. 1. Abraham - the obvious choice ofcourse if we are basing it on the normal tier list, but with Abe being already an S tier toon, his Benefit Effect is still a sight to wonder, given already his god like status. His [+3] Benefit Effect at 60% HP allows him to use his Authentic Warrior skill and ignores the enemy defense at 100% chance. Now at [+9], not only will he do the above stated but he will also increase his damage while doing the Authentic Warrior skill by 15%. This guy just keeps on getting better and better.

2. Kate - her [+3] Benefit Effect is not quite desirable as it only adds 20% strength to her Ghillie Suit shield. However, at [+9] after her first Ghillie Suit skill at the start of battle, her second Ghillie Suit attempt will now shield all your toons in the formation. Well depending on the number of toons you have that are still alive early to mid battle, this Effect to Ghillie Suit is quite massive by saving you early to mid game. Couple that with having Asyl’s Vests on her, Kate can definitely become a shield queen while also being a secondary DPS to your team.
