1. 1) Choose the path of the Supply Run!
2. 2) Each question will be assigned points. Players will either gain or lose points depending on the options they have chosen.
3. 3) Please make sure to submit your answers through the Google Form that is provided on our Discord #Medical-Warehouse-Event Channel.

• 4 or More Points: Torn Notebook (Rare) x500 + Gold Bars x500 + Integrated Reports (All) (8H) x5.
