Hello, Survivors.
Through the last All-Stars Connection Week event, many of you have suggested convenient functions to improve the quality of the game.
After gathering all of the suggestions and discussing with the dev team,
we are here today to give a feedback to your suggestions!
【Improvement Suggestions】
1. Survivor List organization saving function
: The current organization function in the Survivors List doesn't save your sort
and returns back to sorting the Survivors by CP once you come back to the list
└ We will start preparing for the sorted list to be saved once you have sorted for the first time.
2. Changing priority & changing the amount of materials used in Gear Enhancement
: The "Quick Fill" currently prioritizes Weapon Parts over unused gears
: The amount of materials to use while upgrading is inconvenient, where each material can only be added with every touch.
└ The team agrees that some of us want to use gears first before using Weapon Parts and as well as inputting the desired amount more conveniently!
Therefore, we are discussing which route we should take to make both of the points happen!
3. Improvements on coupon usage
: The directions and the way to use the coupon in the game is quite difficult.
└ Many of you are still having a hard time using coupons within the game, so we are looking for an easier method to use coupons!
4. Changing gears in Total War
: Changing gears within the Total War content is currently unavailable.
└ Changing Gears in the Total War! Our operators also believe it is an inconvenience, so the dev team is preparing to make gear change possible!
5. Dispatching characters with certain grades
: Dispatching characters with certain grades to receive more loot.
└ This may be a new approach to our Dispatch system, and so we are working for a solution!
Moreover, in the v1.14 Update Preview, have you seen the new Annihilation system that's going to be added in the Supply Run content?
We plan on tackling on many different suggestions and slowly but surely bring out new improvements for everyone!
The next All-Stars Connection Week will be back once the suggested improvements are applied.

[How to Redeem Your Coupon]
1️⃣ Install The Walking Dead: All-Stars from your respective app market and log in.
2️⃣ Tap your profile and the Account tab to check your CS Code.
3️⃣ Go to Coupon Exchange and enter your CS Code and Coupon Code.
4️⃣ Select your desired server and account, then your Coupon Rewards will be sent to the Mailbox of the account you selected.
* If you are already logged in to your official Community, your CS Code will be entered automatically.

- All event rewards can only be claimed once per account (based on CS Code).
- Please note that any coupons redeemed using the wrong account cannot be recovered. Please make sure to double check your account information before redeeming your coupon.
- Coupon rewards will be sent to the mailbox of the selected account. (Stored for 7 days)
