Unique Character for Depoy Run
Why require Unique Character for the Dispatch run when Player needs 12 runs to complete Town Maintenance event? Barely enough time to complete event now even harder to complete if you don't have high level characters. Enjoy game so far but this seems like a money grab and excludes F2P Players.
