Skill Manuals - how and when can I use them?
I have almost 8000 in Skill Manual in my gear but am unable to use it. The info button says they're to be used in the Trainkng Ground, but there's no way of doing that, no option to use them there.
It's the most unconsumable consumable I've ever found ๐
At what point can we use them??
