We would like to inform all Survivors about an issue found regarding the custom pack($34.99) sold since 10/17 (PDT).

『 10/17 Known Issue 』

1. A certain custom pack being provided with less Gold Bars and VIP EXP.

- Custom Pack($34.99) is being provided with less Gold Bars and VIP EXP than what we planned.

- This issue will be fixed on the v1.6 update,

All Survivors who purchased the pack prior to the v1.6 update will receive the lacking items.

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience.

Any new findings or announcements regarding the matter 

will be immediately guided through new notices.

We kindly ask for your understanding.
