We are here with the developer's response to suggestions made on the โ
suggestions channel between 12/29/2022 ~ 1/12/2023.
We tried our best to address all feedback & concerns addressed by our community.

๐ [Quality of Life Suggestions] ๐
โผ๏ธ Let us use all three daily attempts of Annihilate in Joint Combat.

โผ๏ธ Let us check Battle Records for every stage in World-Stage.
Thank you for your suggestion. In fact, there are times when we want to see the "Cleared" formation when we get stuck on some stages. Although we wanted to provide a replay record for all stages, we found some technical difficulties along the way doing so. We will continue looking into possible implementation.
โผ๏ธ Keep the "Claim Button" at the top in Pass/Perks

โผ๏ธ Follow up on resetting Personal Gear. One-time use reset item?
We agree that anyone can make mistakes. It is quite difficult to implement the addressed system with other many development priorities. But please do contact our CS team for a potential resolution (within our policy guidelines) to your issue for one time only. Thank you for your understanding.
โผ๏ธ Add a button to reread the story/dialogue in World-Stage.
Thank you for your kind comments. We also find it disappointing that we can't access the chapter story again. We remember there were concerns about the dialogue replay function during the development stage. We are regularly discussing what would be the best way to present past stories. We even thought about posting them on our Wiki Page if the in-game implementation becomes too difficult. Although this function requires a long development process, we will look into possible implementation.

โผ๏ธ Please add a quick team loadout change function
Thank you for your suggestion. Please note that we have no plans for revamping the current equipment setup function considering the complex design of the function and the trade-offs the function presents in terms of game design.
๐ [Misc. Suggestions] ๐
โผ๏ธ Please fix the issue with Chloe's movement. She has a tendency to run into enemy melee reach despite being a ranged character.
Is the main issue her tendency to get hit by stepping forward when she attacks? We believe that the issue with her movement is not that significant. However, please contact customer support or CMs with video clips or images so that we can understand this issue.
โผ๏ธ We need more Processed Lumber.
The amount of Processed Lumber you can gain increases based on the chapters of the World Stage you completed.
Training Ground is balanced out to match your stage progression. Since Processed Lumber is a very limited resource, players would have to give some thought before making a critical decision. Because of this, we believe this strategic thinking can be one of the ""funs"" of TWD: AS. Please note that you can always unlock training slots with gold bars.
โผ๏ธ Belle in Trade Post - Frontier?

๐ [Reward Related Suggestions] ๐
โผ๏ธ Increase the Final Rewards for Slots 7,8, and 10 in Bonded Warehouse.
Thank you for your kind suggestion. It is correct that there are rewards that can only be achieved by clearing a higher chapter. However, Bonded Warehouse event is planned to return periodically, and there will be no stress of clearing specific chapters again, allowing users to repeatedly receive rewards. We appreciate the part where you mentioned, "not too much", as we understand you are considering the balance of the game, and we will further discuss this matter with the team for possible implementation.
โผ๏ธ Increase more sources to obtain weapon parts/gear.
As some players may already know, upgrade materials are not easily accessible to maintain the balance of the game.
Players will need to strategically decide which gear to upgrade, and we hope the community will continue its journey to find all possible routes for obtaining upgrade materials. With the release of "Facility Management", you can potentially obtain an increased amount of upgrade materials. Hope this helps!

โผ๏ธ Add guaranteed pull for Headhunt
The addressed system is currently implemented in the game. A successful Headhunt is guaranteed every 70 attempts. Hope this information was helpful.
๐ [Game Mode Suggestions] ๐
โผ๏ธ We need a community battle that feels more tactical (i.e. we don't see the opponent's team formation until they fight)
Thank you for the suggestion. In regards to not seeing the opponent's team formation before fighting them, we are worried that it may be too difficult and RNG-based. We will look into a possible implementation.
๐ [Character Suggestions] ๐
โผ๏ธ Please add a Predator Support survivor.
We are also looking very forward to releasing a Predator Support character. However, we had to prioritize our development schedule of releasing other characters first. The good news is it's not far off. We are currently working on a character illustration, skill design, and animations. Stay tuned for more updates!
๐ [UI Suggestions] ๐
โผ๏ธ Implement an enemy's team bar.
We agree that it is sometimes difficult to exactly figure out what is going on during the battle. However, it would not be easy to create a separate location to display enemy HP. We will look into a possible solution.
