8/16 Known Issues
Greetings, Survivors.
We would like to inform all Survivors about the issue found
after the 8/15 update.
Please check out the details of the issues down below.
8/16 Known Issues
1. Issue where the package for an event that is prepared for the 1st Year Anniversary is listed in the Perks page
- Issue: Issue where the Scratch Event's Package (prepared for the next update) is listed on the Perks page
- Actions: We have identified the cause and are preparing to fix it.
2. Issue where the time left until the end of Supply Run Expert Mode is displayed in different language
- Issue: Issue where the time left until the end of Supply Run Expert Mode is displayed in Korean
- Actions: We are identifying the issue, and will be fixed once the issue has been located.
3. Issue where the Supply Kit purchased from the Perks automatically changes to Canned Food box
- Issue: Issue where the Supply Kit, used in the Ghost Town Search Event, purchased from the Perks menu changes to Canned Food box when retrieving from the Mailbox
- Actions: We are identifying the issue, and will be fixed once the issue has been located.
*Those who have experienced the issue will be replenished with the same amount of Supply Kits that were changed to Canned Food box.
4. Issue where the in-game battle is abnormal when playing on a device with certain language settings.
- Issue : Issue where if the device's language is set to German/France/Russian/Vietnamese/Spanish, the battles are experiencing abnormality.
- Actions: We have identified the issue and are preparing a new version to fix the issue.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience,
and we will work diligently to ameliorate the known issues above to provide a better gaming environment.
Should additional issues come up, then we will notify everyone
as soon as possible through this notice.
