We would like to inform all Survivors about the issue found after the 8/29 update.
Please check out the details of the issues down below.
『8/30 Known Issues』
1. Issues related to the 1st Anniversary <Memory Archive> event (✅Issue Fixed 8/31 06:33 UTC)
- Issue 1 : Issue where the set of quests available next day isn't available at 00:00UTC.
- Issue 2 : Issue where if the first login after the update is after 8/30 00:00 UTC,
then an error(3022) pop-up will be displayed when attempting claim quest rewards from certain days.
- Action : The roots of the issues above have been located, and so a patch is being prepared.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience,
and we will work diligently to ameliorate the known issues above to provide a better gaming environment.
Should additional issues come up, then we will notify everyone
as soon as possible through this notice.
