[Notice] 10/18 Known Issues (Updated 09:22PDT)

We would like to inform all Survivors about the issue found after the 10/18 update.
Please check out the details of the issues down below.
『10/18 Known Issues』
1. Issues regarding a Red Dot Ad bonus reward on Daily/Weekly/Monthly packages
- Issue : Issue where the Red Dot notification does not disappear if you have collected the Ad bonus reward in the Daily/Weekly/Monthly packages in the Perks page before the v1.18.
- Action : We are currently locating the issue.
2. Issues regarding Unknown Coin quantity renewal upon conversion with XPLA.
Issue : Issue where the quantity of Unknown Coin isn't renewed after converting XPLA to Unknown Coin, or vice-versa.
└ The actual Unknown Coin quantity is stored in the player data base and only the displayed quantity isn't renewed.
└ The quantity is renewed upon restarting the game or after spending/gaining Unknown Coins in-game.
Action : The issue will be fixed as soon as we locate the root of the problem.
3. An issue where Key Point obtain pop-up appears when 0 Key Points have been obtained
- Issue : An issue where after watching an Ad, the Key Point obtain pop-up appears when 0 Key Points have been earned.
└ The amount of Key Points obtained for each individual vary after watching an Ad and it is possible to gain no Key Points.
- Action : We're are currently in the process of fixing the issue.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, and we will work diligently to ameliorate the known issues above to provide a better gaming environment.
