Thank you for your continued support of The Walking Dead: All-Stars.
We would like to inform you of the updates to our Operations Policy and ban criteria.
Revisions to The Walking Dead: All-Stars Operations Policy Ban Criteria
As previously announced, the amended Operations Policy took effect as of February 8, 07:00 PST,
and we are currently reviewing the accounts that were banned prior to this date.
We will conduct our review as promptly as possible, and update the results through this notice.
We find it necessary to further announce that some of the ban criteria have been moderated.
As a result, previously banned accounts that no longer fall into the updated ban criteria has been reinstated,
and their limited-time offers has received an extension along with compensation rewards.
We will strive to ensure a seamless, fair gameplay environment for everyone.
