As previously announced, the amended Operations Policy took effect as of February 8, 07:00 PST.
Following this update, we've been diligently reviewing previously banned accounts.
Rest assured, we're committed to promptly reviewing these accounts and will keep you updated on the outcomes through this notice post.
As of February 8, 07:00 PST, some of the ban criteria enumerated in our Operations Policy have been updated. As a result, previously banned accounts that no longer fall into the updated ban criteria have been reinstated, and their limited-time offers have also received an extension along with compensation rewards.
We will strive to ensure a seamless, fair gameplay environment for everyone.
