Getting Started with XPLA GAMES
Launch the XPLA GAMES App and create a wallet
1. Download and launch the app from the store. Click **Create Wallet** to set up a new wallet.
2. When launching the app, first-time users enter as guests. Logged-in users are automatically signed in.
KYC
To access all features of XPLA GAMES, KYC verification is required. KYC verification may take up to 1 day depending on the number of pending requests.
Connect Your Wallet to Your Game Account
1. Access the Connect Games menu and select the game.
- Go to the Settings menu and select Connect Games.
- Review the list of available games and select the one you wish to connect.
- To link your game with your wallet, KYC verification must be completed. If you haven’t completed KYC yet, please complete the process first.
2. Select the wallet you want to connect.

Convert Between Game Money and Tokens
1. Access Convert menu on the bottom of main page
You can directly access the Convert menu through the bottom navigation bar. Through this menu, you can not only convert between tokens but also exchange game currency and tokens.
2. Select target token or Game Money
Select the target game currency and token, then enter the desired amount for conversion. In the **My Assets** tab, you can view the tokens and game currency you own.
❓ Why can’t I see the Game Currency tab?
- Exchange between game currency and tokens may be restricted based on local laws. In regions where this exchange is not allowed, the Game Currency option will not be available, and only token-to-token conversion is possible.
- If you are in an eligible region but still cannot see the Game Currency tab, ensure that you have completed both KYC verification and SNS account connection. These steps are mandatory for exchanging game currency with tokens. </aside>
3. Select gas fee payment option
If transaction fees can be paid using Game Money, you can change the payment option by clicking on the Fee field. Please note that paying fees with Game Money may not be allowed depending on the game’s policy.
4. Confirm your transaction and check the result
Review the details of your Convert request, then proceed with the conversion using your password or Bio Authentication.
Continue using the previously used wallet (Import Wallet)
XPLA GAMES WALLET is a decentralized wallet. Like other wallet services, you can import your wallet using a mnemonic. Of course, you can also continue using the wallet from the previous version of XPLA GAMES!
Import wallet by mnemonic (Recovery Phrase)
If you have separately stored your mnemonic, you can simply import and use the wallet you previously used in the XPLA GAMES app.
What should I do if I lose my mnemonic?
The mnemonic is the only way to secure your wallet. For convenience, we provide a guide on accessing your wallet using a Private Key. However, this method may be prone to errors. If you have stored your mnemonic, please be sure to use it to import your wallet.
1. Access Export wallet menu on old XPLA GAMES app
- Open the existing XPLA GAMES app and verify the wallet you want to export. Click on the wallet settings menu in the top-left corner to proceed.
- Verify that it is the correct wallet to export, then proceed to the 'Export private key' menu.
2. Enter password and copy private key
- - Check the private key information and copy its contents.
- Take extra care to ensure that your private key information is not exposed to external parties. If the private key is leaked, you will lose ownership of all assets linked to the wallet.
3. Register your wallet to the new XPLA GAMES APP
- Access the wallet settings menu
On the main page, click the "Manage" button to access the wallet settings menu.
- - From there, select the "Manage Wallet" menu to navigate to the wallet management options.
4. Select ‘Import by private key’
In the wallet import method, select an import option If you have separately stored mnemonic information, you can also import the wallet using the mnemonic.
