[Notice] 2/22 Known Issue
Hello, Survivors!
We would like to inform all survivors about the issue found on 2/22 (PST).
Please read on for more details.
2/22 Known Issue
1. Issue where the game freezes while or after watching an advertisement.
- Some accounts are experiencing the freezing problem above.
☞ We are currently working to resolve the issue ASAP.
2. Issue where some of the available trading options are duplicated in Kyla's Combat Test.
- The Benefit Material is duplicated in the trading options of Kyla's Combat Test.
L The Benefit Material will be available twice but with two different sets of Combat Tokens (Neutral & Ally / Predator & Bystander)
☞ A new version of the game is being prepared to adjust the issue.
3. Issue where the Red Dot doesn't disappear in the Every Day Purchase Event.
- The Red Dot does not go away until the Daily Purchase changes from 'Incomplete' to 'Complete'.
L The Red Dot should only appear once per day and when checking out the page, the Red Dot should disappear for the day.
☞ A new version of the game is being prepared to adjust the issue.
4. Issue where the changed teams in the Frontier do not save.
- If the order of the teams are switched in the "Center of the Frontier", then the changes aren't applied and aren't saved.
☞ A new version of the game is being prepared to adjust the issue.
5. Issue where the rewards from the Camp Defense Pack aren't received in certain situations.
- When moving to the Camp Defense Pack page from an Alignment Camp Defense, the Pack's rewards aren't available.
☞ A new version of the game is being prepared to adjust the issue.
6. Issues regarding character skills.
- The Energy Drink does not refill when Glenn where's his Personal Gear.
☞ A new version of the game is being prepared to adjust the issue.

and we will work diligently to ameliorate the known issues above to provide a better gaming environment.
